Hannah Spyksma

Hannah is Media and Climate Editor at Impolitikal. Brisbane-based, she also works as a qualitative researcher and freelance journalist, and has a particular interest in culture, identity, environment and the Pacific. Hannah has worked as a communications practitioner for several NGOs, and has a joint Erasmus Mundus MA in Journalism, Media and Globalisation from Aarhus University and Universität Hamburg.

She is currently undertaking a doctorate at QUT as part of an international research project exploring emerging forms, uses and practices of ‘journalism beyond the crisis’.
