Evelyn Marsters

Evelyn Marsters has a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Auckland. Her research interests include migration, transnationalism and remittances, health inequalities and infectious diseases and indigenous research methodologies. Her work to date has centred in the Pacific region, especially the Cook Islands and New Zealand. Mother of two, she currently lives in Berlin, which is allowing her to apply her knowledge in a global context.

Evelyn believes in connecting substantive research with wide audiences by using storytelling and infographics. She is Deputy Editor at Impolitikal.
